Nautilus Flow pricing and plans for WhatsApp Business: inbox, campaigns, automation, and usage-based messaging. Meta conversation fees billed separately.
Nautilus Flow sells the software. Meta sells the WhatsApp conversations. The plan you pick on this page is the inbox, campaigns, automation, and API. WhatsApp conversation fees and template charges are billed by Meta to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account. They are not folded into the Nautilus subscription.
The prices shown in the plan cards are the current software prices. They can change, and a workspace that already paid keeps the currency it locked in. This summary does not repeat those amounts, so a copied price cannot go stale next to the live cards.
India bills the software in INR through Razorpay. Other supported countries bill in USD through PayPal. Choose the country under Settings, then Billing region. Currency locks after the first payment.
The subscription covers the Nautilus Flow product: the shared inbox, Meta-approved templates, the flow builder, campaigns on paid plans, Shopify and WooCommerce order events on paid plans, and the developer API. It does not cover Meta’s per-message or per-conversation charges. If a template is marketing, utility, or authentication, Meta’s category and pricing still apply.
If you installed from the Shopify App Store, Shopify bills the Nautilus software plan. That Shopify charge is still only the software. Meta bills WhatsApp separately. You do not need a second checkout on nautilusflow.io/pricing to unlock the Shopify connector.
Start on the free trial if you are connecting a number and learning the inbox. Move to Growth when you need campaigns or a store integration. Move to Pro or Business when the seat count or the monthly caps on the card are the limit. Contact sales when you need a cap that is not on the public cards.
