Connect Shopify to Nautilus Flow: order lifecycle and abandoned checkout WhatsApp templates, Meta Click-to-WhatsApp attribution, and a native App Store install.
The Shopify app connects a store to a Nautilus Flow workspace so order events become WhatsApp templates, and Click-to-WhatsApp chats stay on the same contact as the order.
Merchants pay for Meta ads and for Shopify separately, then lose the thread between the ad click, the checkout, and the “where is my order” message. The app subscribes to Shopify order and checkout events and calls the same order-event API the rest of Nautilus Flow uses.
Typical mappings are order confirmed, shipped, refunded, and abandoned checkout. Abandoned checkout is a delayed utility template. Placing the order cancels that reminder so you do not message someone who already paid. Templates must be approved in the workspace before production sends.
Install from the Shopify App Store, then pick a software plan on the Shopify plan page. Nautilus Flow creates a workspace from the store email and stores the connector key. You do not paste an API key by hand for the standard install. Event rules can be edited in Shopify admin. Connect WhatsApp opens Nautilus Flow so you can set a dashboard password and attach the WhatsApp Business number.
Shopify’s charge is the Nautilus software plan only. Meta still bills WhatsApp conversation and template fees. If you already pay Nautilus Flow on PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay, pick Free on the Shopify plan page so you are not charged twice, then bind the shop to the existing workspace.
Ad clicks that land on the connected number show up in the shared inbox with referral context when Meta provides it. The 24-hour window still applies. After it closes, follow up with a template, not free-form text.
