Connect WooCommerce to Nautilus Flow with a signed install: order status and abandoned checkout WhatsApp templates, Meta Click-to-WhatsApp attribution, and one API for your store.
The WooCommerce plugin signs requests to Nautilus Flow so order status and abandoned checkout become WhatsApp templates. It uses the same order-event API as the Shopify app.
Woo stores often confirm orders by email and answer WhatsApp on a phone. The plugin sends the store event to the workspace, which sends the Meta-approved template and files the reply in the team inbox. Guest checkout only recovers a cart when a phone number is on the checkout.
Order status changes and abandoned checkout. Keep abandoned checkout as a utility template about that cart: items or cart count, amount, and a checkout link. Do not hide a promotion inside it. Meta can recategorize that as marketing. Cancel the reminder when the customer places the order.
Install the plugin, and connect it with the signed install from the workspace. Map each event to a template that is already approved. The public docs describe the HTTP contract if you would rather call the API without the plugin.
Click-to-WhatsApp leads for the same number land in the shared inbox. A customer who later orders is one contact, so the shipping template does not start a second conversation by accident. Meta conversation fees are still billed by Meta, not by the plugin.
See abandoned cart, Shopify if you also run that platform, and the 24-hour window guide.
