Nautilus Flow features: team inbox, visual flow builder, campaigns, templates, CRM, analytics with Meta CTWA signals, multi-workspace, webhooks, and ecommerce APIs.
Nautilus Flow is one WhatsApp Cloud API workspace for ecommerce teams that also run Meta ads. The pieces below share a contact record, so a Click-to-WhatsApp lead, an order event, and an agent reply are the same thread.
The team inbox receives Cloud API conversations. Agents can be assigned a chat. While the 24-hour customer service window is open, they can send free-form replies. When it closes, the composer stays on approved templates so a failed free-form send does not hit the number. Click-to-WhatsApp referral context stays on the contact when Meta sends it.
The visual flow builder is for automations a non-developer can edit. Campaigns send Meta-approved templates to contacts who have a recorded opt-in. Marketing sends skip unknown contacts, unsubscribed contacts, and uncertified weak consent. A STOP reply opts the contact out until they reply START or you record consent again.
Templates are submitted to Meta and only fire in production after approval. The CRM stores opt-in, opt-out, and store facts on the contact. Analytics includes delivery health and, when you run Click-to-WhatsApp, referral context so conversations can be related to acquisition. Meta still owns quality rating and messaging limits.
Shopify and WooCommerce can emit order and checkout events into the same workspace. Abandoned checkout can send a delayed utility template and cancel that send when the order is placed. Developer API keys and outbound webhooks are optional. A store that is not Shopify or Woo can use the same order-event HTTP contract.
This is not the WhatsApp Business mobile app. Registering a number on Cloud API removes it from the consumer and Business apps. Nautilus Flow is also not nautilusflow.com. The canonical site is nautilusflow.io.
