Nautilus Flow is a WhatsApp Business Platform for ecommerce teams. Brands connect their own WhatsApp Business Account, work Click-to-WhatsApp leads in a shared inbox, send Meta-approved templates, and fire Shopify or WooCommerce order events from the same contact record.
The product exists because Cloud API setup is usually split across an inbox vendor, a store plugin, and a spreadsheet of template names. Nautilus Flow keeps those in one workspace. Meta still bills conversation and template fees. The Nautilus subscription is the software only.
D2C and ecommerce teams that already buy Meta ads, confirm cash-on-delivery orders, or need order and shipping templates tied to a real checkout. Agencies can run more than one workspace. Developers can skip the UI and use the HTTP API and webhooks.
We do not claim to be Meta, and we do not include Meta’s WhatsApp fees in the software price.
